At a very young age, I knew I wanted to be a hairstylist.  I absolutely love working with my hands, being creative and seeing my guests' faces light up when they love their hair.  My favorite thing to do at the salon is color - "dimensional" color!  This includes- but is not limited to- blonding, balayage, foiling and "lived-in" color.

     With the hair industry changing ever so rapidly,  I decided after more than 20 years working for a top salon, that it was time to go on my own: Enter...Let There Be Lightener!!!  My goal is to cultivate an environment that nurtures my artistic growth and potential in today's ever evolving hair industry, while YOU, my guest, enjoy a comfortable workspace and one-on-one customized hair service treatments.

     On my days off, you will find me spending time with my husband and two beautiful daughters.  I love to run with my dog, chill with my cat, and spend time in nature. Attending lots of hair classes and educating myself on the current trends allows me to put the latest twists on traditional favorites!
